Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on buydryfruits.com / adinath.store / adinathtraders.net (“we”, “us”, “our”).

 


 

 

1. Serviceable Locations

 

 

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders with delivery addresses outside India will not be accepted.

 

 


 

 

2. Shipping Partners

 


We fulfill all orders through Shiprocket, which assigns your shipment to reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, etc., depending on your pincode and serviceability.

 


 

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

 

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid & COD orders above ₹999 (order value after discounts).

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹39 applies.

  • COD charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

 

 


 

 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

 

  • COD is available on eligible orders and pincodes.

  • A COD convenience fee of ₹39 is charged on all COD orders.

  • We may disable COD for certain customers/products/pincodes based on past order history or logistic constraints.

 

 


 

 

5. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

 

 

  • Once your order is placed and confirmed, we usually take 1–2 business days to process and dispatch it.

  • No order processing or dispatch happens on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If any delay occurs (stock issues, address/phone verification, etc.), we will attempt to inform you via email or SMS/WhatsApp.

 

 


 

 

6. Delivery Timelines

 


Delivery after dispatch generally takes:

 

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Interior Locations: 5–9 business days

 


These timelines are indicative and depend on courier operations, local restrictions, weather, and unforeseen events.

Delays do not qualify for compensation, but we will always assist and escalate with the courier wherever possible.

 


 

 

7. Order Tracking

 


After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link on your registered email or SMS/WhatsApp.

You can use this link to track real-time shipment status.


For tracking issues, contact us with your Order ID.

 


 

 

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

 


Please ensure your address, pincode, and phone number are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.


If the shipment returns to us for these reasons, reshipping charges may apply.

 


 

 

9. Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product Delivered

 


Since we deal in food products (dry fruits, spices, snacks), we do not accept returns for:

 

  • Taste preferences

  • Change of mind

  • Opened / used products

 


You are eligible for support only if:

 

  • The product is damaged,

  • The packaging is leaking/tampered,

  • You received a wrong item, or

  • An item is missing.

 


 

To raise a complaint:

 


Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos of:

 

  1. Outer package

  2. Inner box

  3. Product & label

After verification, we may offer (based on the issue):

 

  • Replacement

  • Partial or full refund

10. Non-Delivery or Lost Shipment

 


If the courier marks your package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

 

  • Inform us within 24 hours of the status update.

  • We will raise a case with the courier.

  • Final resolution (replacement/refund) depends on the courier investigation and our internal verification.
